We've released our Server Status Dashboard for all CritSend Services. You can find current service availabilities, status information and routine maintenance notes here. Stay tuned for more updates to our service monitoring.

For more clarity and for less confusion we simplified the way we process bounces.
In your account page, in the analytics table we replaced the permanent failure column with the column bounce.
To find out the details of the bounces, and see which error code ISPs send us back, you can check your daily logs here.
After retrying several times a bounce will be placed in our permanently filtered addresses database. This is the list we advise you to use to keep up to date your mailing list. You can download it here.
For the event-API, the mail events 'hard_bounce ...
Since Google's DKIM authentication procedures were recently hacked, Gmail will begin to require DKIM keys with a 1024 byte length starting in the next few weeks. To accommodate this change Critsend has created an easier way to add DKIM keys.
Simple add a CNAME record at:
critsend2._domainkey.your_domain.com
with the value of:
dkim.critsend.com
This will hopefully make it easier for our users. If your DNS setup doesn't allow CNAMEs with underscores... please see: this page for more information.
From time to time, we always face (in higher or lower intensity) bounce problems with our emails. It's indeed a very sensitive issue since it directly affects our deliverability and our reputation, and that, as you may know folks, it's something we want far from us. By now, you'd all be thinking: "yeah, I already know that Eddie, but how shall I approach the matter?"
Well, from CritSend, we would like to give you some tips on how to take this recurrent topic out of your lunch topics. Most of them are based in the US CAN-SPAM ...
Say hello to Critsend's newest website
Our newpage will make it easy to find all about our features and what makes Critsend the best SMTP relay on the market.
Support now makes it easier to find support topics and setup easily. Common support items are on the right hand drop menu so you can easily find out how to tag emails or setup SPF and DKIM
As always Critsend comes with 50,000 free emails to test us out and if you ever need any help we are here 24/7 ... Contact Us!
Critsend now has Auto Reload! When your email level gets low Critsend can automatically renew your email package so you never run out of emails.
Unlike our competitors, we don't charge monthly subscriptions. We have never thought the cell phone model "Pay per month and get charged for overages" was a good idea for emails, so we have always only charged you for the emails you use.
But we always get questions like: What if I forget to buy more emails? How often should I buy more email credits?
We'll we have changed that with Auto Reload. Now ...
Critsend will soon get a new website. The color scheme will look how this blog page now looks (the blog is an early conversion on over). See the image above for a preview of the new website.
Now you can check to see if you SPF and DKIM records match the requirements for Critsend. You can test them here. SPF and DKIM are used by email providers like Yahoo and Gmail to make sure emails coming through SMTP relays like Critsend are actually from the sender and not from someone else.
If you need help with SPF and DKIM our support team can help you and you can get full instructions for configuring SPF and DKIM here.
Keep in mind this only tells you if they are ready to work with Critsend's SMTP relay. Also keep ...
