This did not affect sending mails nor tracking opens, clicks, unsub processing or any other sending or event processing. Stats from sending are now current and can be viewed through your Web Portal at

No need to poll for data, the CritSend Event API pushes the event to your Post URL when the event happens. In real time.
Choose which email activity events you want pushed to you:
1) Read about how to use the Event API for transactional messaging events and bulk mail events here:

2) Tell CritSend what URL you would like these events posted to
and select which events you would like to receive here:

Now you’re all set!
3) **additional step only if you’re transitioning from the old Feedback XML API:

under the “Active Feedback API” field,
select “Events API only”
