Founded in 2007, we developed the first service for transactional emails. We knew at that time that email needed a new approach, and therefore we decided to send out only ‘good emails’. Thanks to this approach, our ISP reputation is outstanding, and we are proud of it.
Our idea came when Nicolas’ friends had issues with their email deliverability.
Nicolas tried to find a good solution with a pay-as-you-go service. We wanted to create a good product which was simple, reliable and scalable for all good senders.
We built CritSend to help companies deliver their emails and preserve the interests of their customers and followers.
We refuse to work with spam to protect the interest of our customers and followers. We are really proud of this service because we help both parties: our clients can improve their customer commitment and the customers receive informative, rather than annoying, emails.
