CritSend is the simplest and most cost efficient way to reliably deliver emails to their appropriate inboxes and preemptively filter spam.
History
After working over 5 years running mail servers for Fortune 100s, we realized that email delivery needed a new approach. Rather than sending emails then dealing with blacklisting and IP reputations later, we wanted to create a reliable service that would send "good emails" and protect the reputation of senders.
In January 2007, our first release targeted major web companies that needed email deliverability help. Because our service filters for emails that might cause harm to receivers and reports them back to the customer, our customers were able to greatly improve the deliverability of all of their messages - from invoices to newsletters and social networking messages. This has significantly improved their revenues, and we are proud to still service our longtime customers.
Our friends in the startup community were frequently coming to us for help with their mail trouble as well. Most often because their user registration emails were being rejected by Hotmail and Yahoo. Other deliverability companies were too expensive for their messaging needs or were just too complicated to set up. We realized that to have a real impact on the community, we should build a cost efficient and reliable pay-as-you-go service that was easy to use and customize.
We built CritSend to help all companies deliver their email and preserve the interests of their receivers.
We strive to make email delivery simple again - Senders should be able to send emails reliably to their receivers, and receivers should not worry about being spammed.
